Terms & Conditions

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for any unused services included in the package.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all travellers at the time of departure.
Transfer of booking to another person is not permitted. Only the registered traveller(s) will be allowed to participate.
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal luggage and belongings throughout the trip.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
All travellers are required to report to the designated pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Seating arrangements and operational decisions during the journey are at the sole discretion of the Tour Captain and driver to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of any prohibited substances during the journey is strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct, indiscipline, or behaviour that affects the experience or safety of fellow travellers may result in immediate removal from the tour without any refund.
The itinerary may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural calamities, vehicle breakdowns, or any other factors beyond the company's control.
Musafirs shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Travel insurance is not included in the package. Guests are advised to arrange suitable travel insurance independently.
Participation in adventure or optional activities is entirely at the traveller's own risk.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by a traveller will be chargeable directly to the concerned individual.
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
